Booking confirmation

You receive a confirmation of your application and 3 to 5 business days later one of our recruiters will assess your profile.

Checking in

In case of a positive outcome, we give you a call to notify you that we would like to get to know you better.  

Baggage check

We conduct a phone interview and ask you to participate in an assessment. This will give us a better understanding of your knowledge and abilities.

Scanning in progress

We conduct a face-to-face interview to get to know you better.

Security check

KLM Security Service staff perform an investigation in view of a Certificate of Conduct [Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)] which is a prerequisite for working at Cygnific (don’t worry, we won’t ask you to take off your shoes ;)).

Boarding pass

We discuss your employment terms and make an appropriate offer.

Welcome on board!

On your first day, your direct manager is all set to give your Cygnific career a flying start. With the assistance and support from a whole lot of new colleagues, a soft landing is guaranteed.
