Booking confirmation

You receive a confirmation of your application and 3 to 5 business days later one of our recruiters will assess your profile.

Checking in

In case of a positive outcome, we give you a call to notify you that we would like to get to know you better.  

Baggage check

We ask you to participate in an assessment and if the outcome is positive, we conduct an in-depth phone interview. This will give us a better understanding of your knowledge and abilities.

Scanning in progress

We conduct a face-to-face interview to get to know you better.

Boarding pass

We discuss your employment terms and make an appropriate offer.

Security check

KLM Security Service staff perform an investigation which is a prerequisite for working at Cygnific (don’t worry, we won’t ask you to take off your shoes ;)).

Welcome on board!
