TECHNICAL LEAD (RPA/UiPath)
THE FUNCTION
Together with the Innovation Team, the Tech Lead will implement projects of new solutions that will be developed by the Innovation Department. In this role, the Tech Lead leads the technical delivery of the solution ensuring the designs meet architecture and customer requirements that fully exploit the capabilities of RPA, the chosen platform is UiPath. The Tech Lead is responsible, together with business end- users, to maximize the benefit of RPA. The Tech Lead act like a mentor for the rest of the team (Application Developers) and helps them throughout the project delivery.
KEY RESULT AREA
Software Development
Maintain smooth operation of RPA developed by Cygnific and design, develop and implement new applications and new application functions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Cygnific operations and to gain competitive advantage.
Activities
- Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming.
- Execute testing, QA and production roll out of project enhancements.
- Participates in applications development through the software development life cycle e.g. requirements, analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing, documentation and product release.
- Participate in product and application definition activities including feature analysis and system trade-offs.
- Safeguard processes, standards and associated controls and tools.
- Develop and maintain all application and systems documentation, detailed specifications and user documentation.
- Provide support to internal teams, and vendors to ensure deliveries are met on schedule and within the allocated budget, and to ensure that the Power Platform apps are operationally stable
Project Management
Manage application projects in such a way that the results contribute in the most effective and efficient way to the organizational needs.
Activities
- Formulate project and/or activity plans under guidance of the Manager Innovation.
- Create and manage the project development team.
Produce project related communication/correspondence. - Communicate and update relevant parties on developments, planning and progress of projects.
- Ensure timely execution of the project/activity plans within agreed quality standards.
- Control effective and efficient execution of all processes within the given areas of attention
- Hand over relevant documentation and provides necessary training.
- Evaluate the project and ensure that lessons learnt from one application project are used in all subsequent projects.
- Represent Cygnific in relevant external meetings.
- Develop and maintain a network and a good relation with relevant internal and external (client and supplier) departments.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
- Good interpersonal, communication and knowledge transfer skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English. Dutch is a plus but not required.
- Proactive problem solver with good planning and organizing skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.
- 3-5 years experience
- Mastery of Automation Tools, such as UiPath,
- Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate Flow
- Expertise on programming languages eg. .Net, C#, Python & SQL
- Expertise on Process Design documents, Technical Design documents in Automation space.
- Basic knowledge & understanding of Machine Learning (ML) and Artifical Intelligence (AI)
