1.1. The purpose of collecting and processing

The data entered by the applicant on the (digital) application form and the website will only be processed by Cygnific to determine whether the applicant is eligible for a position within Cygnific. 1.2. What data is collected?

Cygnific only collects data that is relevant to the recruitment and selection procedure. These details are the name, first names, titles, address, zip code, place of residence, contact details (telephone number and e-mail), the gender and the date of birth of the applicant. The education, courses, internships and job history of the applicant may also be relevant. If you submit a resume or motivation letter, we process all other information contained therein. A certificate of conduct may be required for certain positions.

If this is necessary for the position, applicants can be subjected to a psychological assessment or an assessment. In that case, the psychologist or person in charge of the assessment will only be provided with the personal data that is necessary for the purpose of the assessment.

Cygnific does not collect and process sensitive information about applicants, for example data relating to religion or belief, race, political affiliation, sexual life or membership of a trade union. 1.4. Storing data

Cygnific stores the data of applicants during the recruitment and selection procedure. At the end of the procedure, Cygnific will keep the data for the time for which the applicant has given permission. During the online recruitment and selection procedure, the applicant must indicate on the application form whether Cygnific may approach the applicant for future vacancies. If the applicant gives permission for this, the data of the relevant applicant will be saved for one year. In the event that an applicant is hired, the data will be saved until the moment that the applicant is entered in Cygnific's HR system.

Your personal data will not be processed outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

All data sent to the website uses encryption and communication with the server via https.

The applicant has the right to access his or her personal data stored by Cygnific. Cygnific allows access to data of applicants by means of a written request.
