Your Role at Cygnific:
As the Operations Manager ICT, you will be responsible for the continuity, quality, and stability of our application landscape. You will ensure that our ICT services are consistent and reliable, enabling our organization to achieve its business goals. You will play a key role in the development, implementation, and coordination of incident, problem, configuration, and operations management within our ICT Support and Telecom processes.
What will you do?
1. Operations and Support:
- Define and implement SLAs in line with business needs and budgetary constraints.
- Manage SLAs with external suppliers and 3rd party businesses.
- Monitor and steer ICT Support Desk and Telecom to ensure the continuity and integrity of our services.
2. Leading ICT Support Desk & Telecom:
- Structure and manage the ICT Support Desk & Telecom unit.
- Coach, support, and appraise the Support Desk & Telecom team.
- Prioritize tasks and ensure optimal resource allocation.
3. Coordinating Changes:
- Lead the change management process.
- Analyze, test, and plan changes in collaboration with the ICT Support Desk & Telecom team.
4. Incident and Problem Management:
- Monitor and report on incidents and problems within the ICT infrastructure.
- Propose improvements to prevent future disruptions.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and address malfunctions in processes and procedures.
- Propose improvements and ensure they are embedded in daily operations.
What Do You Bring?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level (HBO/WO) thinking and working level.
- At least 5 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of ICT.
- A minimum of 2 years of (project) management experience.
- Experience with complex system implementations and working in a commercial, service-oriented environment.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
