What will you do?
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and implementing operational and strategic projects. Under the guidance of a Black Belt, you ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You play a crucial role in identifying improvement opportunities within our processes and translating these into concrete actions and results.
Your key responsibilities:
– Project definition: Analyze operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate these into achievable project goals.
– Feasibility checks: Assess new business requirements and advise on their feasibility, in collaboration with our New Business Manager.
– Project management: Coordinate and lead project teams, monitor budgets and deadlines, and ensure efficient execution.
– Continuous improvement: Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose solutions that lead to organizational improvements.
– Networking: Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent Cygnific in relevant external meetings.
