As our Strategic HR Business Partner, you contribute to the formulation of an HR vision and strategy in line with the company vision and advise the Director of HRM and the board on Human Resources policies and developments.

Ready to become our new Strategic HR Business Partner? Your activities will consist of:

-        Defining projects and activities within the given areas of interest (e.g. employee journey, works council, compensation & benefits, health & safety). You are responsible for the development and effective and efficient implementation of all processes within these focus areas and monitor the current processes to ensure continuous improvement.

-        Analysing internal and external developments to improve existing policies and develop new processes, taking into account the company‚Äôs vision and adhering to the Dutch rules and regulations.

-        Developing HR analytics together with the HR Data Specialist, to support a variety of business and HR initiatives.


What you need for this position

Higher vocational/University think and work level, preferably Human Resources Management.
3-5 years of experience as a HR adviser/HR business partner.
Experience with project/program management.
Knowledge of the main software packages (Microsoft Office).

As Strategic HR Business Partner you are based in a vibrant and international office at Westerpark in Amsterdam with a HR Team of 15 employees: HR Director, HR Manager, another Strategic Business Partner, 2 HR Advisors, 4 HR Assistants and the Recruitment team: Manager Recruitment, 3 corporate recruiters, 1 junior recruiter. In addition, we have our HR Project Leader Absence Management. Your proactive and analytical attitude add a lot to this environment in which you have a lot of autonomy.


Our offer

A competitive salary between EUR4000 - EUR5000 gross per month based on 40 hours a week.
