If you work within our operations department, you will receive a contract for indefinite duration when you have successfully completed your first 7 month contract. At our support departments you are eligible for an indefinite contract after your first 12 month contract.
For some positions it is also possible to work part-time. The possibilities are always mentioned in the job description. When you applied for a customer service position you will always start out with a fulltime training which will take 6 weeks. After this period you have the possibility to work 32 or 36 hours.

This is possible but depends on the department you work for. Usually it takes about 6 to 12 months until you can work from home. It is mandatory to be present at the office at least 2 days a week.
At Cygnific the working language is English. However, for most positions it is important that you speak one other language fluently besides English. Language requirements are always listed in the vacancy.
