Refer A Friend
Do you know how big your network is? Former colleagues, fellow students, acquaintances, friends, family, sports- or game buddies, or your neighbour. Maybe you know someone who’s a perfect match for Cygnific. A professional who, with a little extra attention from you, may like to work for us. Good for us and great for you. You will receive a small reward for every candidate you refer. And if your ’friend’ turns into a new colleague? Then, after their probation period is concluded, you’ll receive € 1.000,- gross on your bank account (after we’ve done the administrative processing of course).
How it works step by step
- Step 1: Send an email, whatsapp or make a phone call explaining a bit about your work, culture and how you experience Cygnific. Do they seem interested? Ask them if it’s okay for one of our recruiters to contact them.
- Step 2: Share their contact details via the ‘Refer A Friend’ form on top of this page.
- Step 3: Your recruitment colleague will evaluate the info, and you’ll receive a small gift.
- Step 4: Are we welcoming your contact as a new colleague? You’ll get the €1.000,- gross recruitment bonus (after the probation period is succesfully completed and administrative processing is done).
